Zu sehen sind die Klepperlesgard, die Stadtkapelle und die Bürgermiliz Lahr, die der Fasnacht eng verbunden waren. Es folgten der Zunftrat auf einem Galawagen und ein Motivwagen zur Untertunnelung des Schutterlindenbergs. Zwei laufen im Kamelkostüm mit, was der Artikel so kommentiert: „‘Wenn über eine alte Sache mal endlich Gras gewachsen ist, kommt sicher ein Kamel gelaufen, das alles wieder runterreißt‘ – damit verkörperte der ‚Liederkranz‘ Lahr die Kanalisationssorgen der Einwohnerschaft treffend“ (LZ, 8.2.1937).
